RIB EYE STEAK AU-POIVRE
This assumes two very thick 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick Prime or Choice nicely marbled Rib Eye
Steaks, each large enough for two people. The thickness is determined by the diameter - a
smaller diameter Steak should be cut thicker in order to generously serve two people.
