Vegetables are nearly always classified by all of us as a “Side
Dish” unless you consider yourself to be a Vegetarian. There
are FEW Recipes contained here that can be considered as
“PURE” Vegetarian, nearly all contain animal products in one
form or another. Many of my Recipes are very acceptable as
Vegan if you CAREFULLY substitute Vegan foods in place of the
listed animal based ingredients. You may freely substitute
Vegetable Stocks for Animal Based Stocks (Vegetable Stock for
Chicken Stock), eliminate Animal Products (change Ham &
Bean Soup to Bean Soup with Bacos) in ANY of my Recipes. You
may even add Vegan ingredients. Creating delicious Recipes
that are your own from others is an extremely easy process if
you remind yourself to taste, taste, TASTE as you progress
through a creation (do NOT taste too quickly after adding RAW
Meats & Seafoods). There are even tasty Gluten Free Mashed
Potatoes here.
