Tomatillos are a bright green, fruity, tangy, smoky flavoring - Ideal for a BBQ Sauce.
Marash (Maras Biberi) Chili Powder (35,000 Scoville) is difficult to find, but well worth the
hunt. If only available in flakes, grind a tablespoon into powder yourself. Esplette Pepper is
a mild (4,000 Scoville) but EXTREMELY flavorful pepper - also well worth the hunt. Spanish
Paprika comes in Dulce - Sweet and Mild, Agridulce - Bittersweet and Medium Hot and
